Shopping in our online store is easy and secure!

How to order

Prices

Prices in our online store can be shown in Euro (EUR), Swedish Krona (SEK) or US Dollar (USD). You select your preferred currency on the Change currency page. The chosen currency will also be the currency used in your customer invoices, receipts and order payments.

All prices include Swedish VAT (6% on books and 25% on all other items). Customers residing in the European Union (EU) will be charged Swedish VAT. Deliveries to countries outside of the EU will not be charged Swedish VAT. However, customers outside the European Union will have to pay taxes according to the law in their country of residence (when they clear the goods through Customs).

Note: We are not responsible for international customs or brokerage charges! These must be paid by the customer directly. We charge only for our shipping costs.

Online or e-mail order

The easiest way to order items from our online store is to use the shopping cart and place the order directly online by selecting Check out, filling in the necessary customer and shipping information and then clicking Place order.

You can also e-mail your order to info@bladearts.com.

Order confirmation

When we have received your order, we will first send you an order confirmation by e-mail. This contains a summary of your order and your shipping details. The order confirmation also contains an order number. Please use the order number as a reference when you pay for or make inquiries about your order.

Notification of shipping costs and order total

When we have processed the order and have determined the exact shipping costs - usually within 1-2 business days - we will send you another e-mail with the order total (including shipping costs), estimated delivery time and further instructions on how to pay for the order.

Shipping notification

Finally, when we have received your payment (and have all items in stock), we will immediately ship your order and send you an e-mail notification that the order has been shipped.

Payment

PayPal

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express through PayPal.

PayPal is the world's largest online payment service. PayPal makes sending money as easy as sending an e-mail. Any PayPal member can instantly and securely send money to anyone with an e-mail address. Check out PayPal.com for more details.

The PayPal payment should be sent to info@bladearts.com. When we mail you the notification of shipping costs and order total, we also include detailed instructions on how to pay for the order via PayPal.

PlusGiro (PostGiro), EuroGiro or SWIFT

You can also pay via PlusGiro (PostGiro), Eurogiro or SWIFT. In this case, please send your payment to:

Cash payment at customer pickup

Local customers and Stockholm Blade Arts training group members can also choose to pick up their orders directly from us and pay cash at the time of pickup.

Shipping

International orders

We accept international orders. However, you must be at least 18 years old to order from us. By placing an order with us you are also agreeing that you accept legal responsibility for owning the item you have ordered in the jurisdiction to which we deliver it.

Note: For a limited number of locations, we will only ship an order with a complete prepayment in US dollars via an international money order. Also, the buyer must accept all responsibility for loss in transit.

Shipping charges & delivery times

Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment size, weight, destination and mode of delivery.

We use normal mail - Posten First Class Letter - for shipments up to 2 kg. Parcels weighing over 2 kg will be shipped by Posten Parcel Post. Delivery times vary depending on destination and mode of delivery. In Sweden, we normally deliver within three (3) working days after the order was placed, provided that all ordered items are in stock. The items are delivered to the customer's address or to the closest post office, which then notifies the customer. Delivery times for international orders are generally within 10 days, provided that all items are in stock.

Note: These shipping charges are only approximations. The accurate and final shipping costs are determined when an order has been processed (when we know the size and the weight of the shipment). More information about our shipping options can be found at Posten.se (The Swedish Post).

Returns

Returns will be accepted on defective merchandise and will be replaced immediately. Unopened products may be returned for a refund. Notification of return must be made by customers without delay, within 14 days from receiving the shipment at the latest.

Large volume orders are eligible for a discount. To inquire about our volume discounts, please contact us at info@bladearts.com.

Security & privacy

Privacy policy

The security and privacy of your personal information is very important to us. The information that you share with us is not given to or shared with anyone else for any reason.

We will only use your e-mail address to contact you about our business and send you order notifications - not for any other purpose whatsoever.

Cookies

The shopping cart and the currency settings in our online store require that your web browser accepts cookies. If your browser is not set to accept cookies, you will not be able to use these functions.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer when you visit a certain web page. Our online store uses cookies only to keep track of what you have in your shopping cart and which currency you have chosen to view product prices in. The cookies cannot harm your computer and they do not contain any personal or private information.
